Pricing questions

How does the 14-day trial work?

Try Solo or Business free for 14 days, up to 2 styles. Plan entitlements apply during trial. No card required.

What is Solo vs Business?

Solo is $15/month total for 1 Staff user. Business is $9 per active Staff / month, with Team Chat and multi-user seats.

Who is Free Forever for?

Free Forever is included for ROOK-managed clients — brands working directly with ROOK. It is not a public self-service signup.

Who counts as billed Staff on Business?

Only active Staff seats. Pending invitations, inactive Staff, and Client Portal-style external users are not billed.

What happens to data if I don't subscribe?

Workspace data is retained. ROOK does not delete your workspace because a trial ended or a subscription stopped.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel at period end. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Workspace data is never deleted.
